These terms cover how ordering works at Bumble Studio. We've kept them short and readable because they should actually help you, not just protect us.

Order requests, not instant purchases

Submitting an order through the site sends us a request. It isn't a completed sale, and no payment is taken at that point. We review every request, confirm pricing (including final numbers for any quote items) and timing with you directly, and your order is only considered confirmed once we've agreed on those details together.

Pricing and quotes

Prices shown on priced products are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are accurate at the time of browsing, but can change without notice, most often due to material or supplier costs. Any price change we're aware of will be confirmed with you before your order is finalized, and you're always free to adjust or cancel if a confirmed price doesn't work for you.

Quote-only items have no fixed price until we've confirmed one with you directly. Adding a quote item to your cart does not commit you to any price.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order request freely before we've confirmed it with you. Once we've confirmed pricing, details, and timing together and production has started (for example, once engraving has begun), changes may not be possible, or may involve a cost if materials have already been used. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed order, message us as soon as possible. We'll always tell you plainly whether it's still possible and what it involves.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Payment is due once your order is confirmed, following the terms agreed at that point (for example, on delivery for cash on delivery orders, or before dispatch for bank transfer, as confirmed with you).

Accuracy of details you provide

You're responsible for the accuracy of engraving text, names, addresses, and other details you submit. We check what we can, but for anything highly specific, like the exact spelling of a recipient's name, please double check it before submitting.

Toastmasters collection

Bumble Studio is an independent supplier of gifts and recognition items to Toastmasters clubs and districts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official supplier to Toastmasters International.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the business grows. The version shown here is always the current one, and the date at the top reflects the last update.
