How we get your order to you, or ready for you to collect.
Where we deliver
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. When you choose delivery at checkout, we confirm exact timing and any delivery charge for your area once we've reviewed your order, since it depends on where you are and what you've ordered.
Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose "I'll collect it" at checkout. We'll message you as soon as it's ready, along with where and when to come by.
How long it takes
Timing depends on the piece. Many products carry an estimated lead time on their product page, but engraving, custom branding, and bulk orders can take longer than an off-the-shelf item. We'll always give you a firm timeline when we confirm your order, before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises.
Cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery, please have the confirmed amount ready when your order arrives. If cash on delivery isn't practical for your area or order size, we'll let you know when we confirm your order and suggest bank transfer instead.
If something arrives damaged
We take care packaging trophies, plaques, and other breakables, but if anything arrives damaged, message us straight away with a photo and your order number. We'll sort out a replacement or repair.
