Ordering & quotes
How does ordering actually work, if there's no online payment?
You browse the catalog, add pieces to your cart, and submit an order request instead of paying online. We look over every request personally, confirm pricing and timing with you, and only then do you pay, by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What does "Request a Quote" mean, and why don't some products show a price?
Some pieces, like large crystal awards or bulk branded merchandise, genuinely depend on details we need to confirm with you: quantity, materials, exact branding. Those show "Request a Quote" instead of a fixed price. Add them to your cart as normal, and we'll follow up with real numbers before anything is made or billed.
Can my order have both priced items and quote items together?
Yes, that's completely normal. Your cart and order summary show a subtotal for the priced items, and flag any quote items separately so it's clear your final total isn't locked in until we've confirmed those.
Can I change or cancel my order after I submit it?
Yes, easily, right up until we've confirmed it with you and started work. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you'd like changed. See our Terms for the point at which an order is considered locked in.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the piece. Products that need one appear with a minimum quantity right on the product page. Most items have no minimum at all.
Delivery & pickup
Do you deliver across Sri Lanka, or just certain areas?
We deliver island-wide. Exact timing depends on your location and what you've ordered, and we'll confirm it with you once your order is finalized.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Choose "I'll collect it" at checkout, and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It varies by piece, especially anything engraved or made to order. Some product pages show an estimated lead time, and we'll always give you a firm timeline when we confirm your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer, for now. We don't take card payments or online payments through the site in this phase.
When do I actually pay, and how does bank transfer work?
You pay after we've confirmed your order, never before. If you choose bank transfer, our account details and your order number (used as the payment reference) appear on your confirmation screen the moment you submit your request.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
In most cases, yes. If it isn't practical for your area or order size, we'll mention it when we confirm your order and work out an alternative with you.
Custom work & branding
Can I add engraving or my own text to a piece?
Many products have an engraving field right on the product page, where you can type exactly what you want. If a piece doesn't show one but you'd like custom text anyway, message us and we'll see what's possible.
Can I upload my logo or artwork on the site?
Not directly on the site yet. Send your logo or design over WhatsApp instead, and we'll match it to the right printing or engraving method for your product. It's still a quick step, just outside the checkout form for now.
What printing and branding methods do you offer?
It depends on the product. Options like screen printing, embroidery, and engraving are noted where they apply, and we're always happy to advise on the best method for your item and budget over WhatsApp.
Toastmasters orders
Do you understand Toastmasters terminology and contest structure?
Yes. Our Toastmasters collection is built by people who know the difference between an Evaluation contest and Table Topics, and what officer titles and award names actually mean. You won't need to explain the basics to us.
Can you handle a bulk order for a conference or District event?
Yes, this is one of the things we do most often. For contest trophies with many recipient names, officer pin sets, or anything on a tight ceremony deadline, message us directly so we can plan it properly rather than working it out purely through the cart.
Are you officially affiliated with Toastmasters International?
